Marquees
CGC supply two different types of marquee for hire – Clearspan Aluminium Frame and Traditional.
Descriptions of both are illustrated below, with the advantages of both highlighted to provide you with an indication of which marquee structure is best suited for your event.
Clearspan Aluminium Frame
Clearspan aluminium frame marquees are manufactured using the very latest in marquee design technology. Broken down into manageable sections the clearspan marquee can be erected anywhere so long as there is room for the framework. Our clearspan marquees can be supplied in a variety of sizes – from 3m-15m wide and up to 60m in length. Each marquee frame is fully compatible with others in the range allowing us to supply many different sized marquees to create the perfect venue. The rigidity of the frame structure means that the clearspan marquee can withstand many different climates, thus allaying the myth that a marquee is just for summer. We also offer lined walkways and pagoda marquees to create an entrance to your marquee that will truly make a statement.
Traditional
A traditional marquee is what most people imagine when they picture a marquee. With its distinctive centre poles supporting the PVC structure, giving it its traditional shape, the traditional marquee can transform any garden into a picturesque party venue. Our traditional marquees come in a variety of sizes starting from 20ft x 20ft shelters to 100 x 40 wedding tents. Larger tents are available on request. There have been many innovative improvements to the traditional marquee. Now manufactured from the toughest heavy duty PVC instead of the yesteryear canvas the traditional marquee is both waterproof and fire retardant. Combine the traditional aspect of the marquee with the new manufacturing innovations and you have a marquee that is suitable for any occasion.
Both clearspan and traditional marquees can be erected on any surface from grass to concrete, incorporating trees and many more challenging obstacles.
